Renovation of a stadium in Reno, Nevada. Working plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
**As of April 8th, 2025, the project is on hold. No definite date for the rebid.** Description of Work: Install custom glass panels to provide fall protection at operable windows. Special Considerations: Work must be complete before the beginning of next football season. Work to be done on a four story building. UNR Project#: 24MNC03073 Labor Commissioner #: WA-2025-198 SPWD Project #: 25-B048 Estimated Cost Range: $90,000 to $150,000 Liquidated Damages: $200/day Required Insurance if Awarded: Commercial General Liability, Business Automobile Liability, Workers' Compensation, and an Equipment Floater will be required. An Installation Floater will be required if the award amount is less than $100,000. Builders Risk Insurance will be required if the award amount equals or exceeds $100,000. Please refer to the TEMPLATE-Owner-Contractor Construction Agreement on the Attachments tab for limits and additional information and in compliance with the requirements set forth *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The Questions Due Date has been extended to February 24th at 5:00PM.
