Veolia Water Milwaukee LLC Jones Island and South Shore Water Reclamation Facilities On Call Above Ground Mechanical & Piping 2025 & 2026 Public Bid No. 26399 Bid packages for furnishing all plant labor, equipment, materials and performing all work necessary for this project. The project contemplated herein consists of an On-Call Contract for Above Ground Mechanical & Piping Repairs for the rest of 2025 and all of 2026. All contractor and subcontractor employees shall obtain specific site plant safety training from Veolia Water prior to working on the site. Veolia Water will offer a total of two one-hour training sessions to the contractor and any subcontractors. The Contractor shall adhere to all Veolia Water safety policy and procedures. Veolia has implemented online project bidding using Quest CDN. For this contract, Veolia will only accept electronic bids through Quest CDN. Bids are to be submitted online. The contract is Quest Project # 9539280. A contractor may view the Contract Documents at no cost on the Quest CDN website prior to deciding to become a Planholder. To be considered a Planholder, a contractor must register on website. Registering as a Planholder is recommended for all prime contractors and subcontractors because Planholders will receive addendums and other contract document updates via Quest CDN. The time of completion of the work to be executed under this Contract will be established on a per Task Order basis and is the essence of the Contract. For each Task Order the time of completion shall begin on the date of the Notice to Proceed for the particular Task Order. Veolia Water reserves the right to reject all Bids or any Bid or Bids not conforming to the intent and purpose of the Contract Documents and to waive any informalities or deficiencies in any Bid to the extent that informality or deficiency is immaterial and promptly cured. Veolia Water further reserves its rights to postpone the award of the Contract for a period of time not exceeding one hundred and twenty (120) days from the bid opening date. Bids shall remain firm and may not be withdrawn during this one hundred and twenty (120) day period.
