Work illustrated in documents applies to the City of Milwaukee, Department of Public Works, Central Repair Garage - RTU-3 Replacement (Men's Locker Room) located at 2142 West Canal Street, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53233. B. The following work described herein is associated with the Rooftop Unit Replacement which includes, Mechanical, Structural, and Electrical [Not In Contract]. The following is a summary of work proposed for each discipline. Please note the following work is not limited to the items listed below. The entire scope of work shall be located within the project drawings. 1. The project consists of the removal and replacement of the original rooftop unit (RTU-3) serving the Men's Locker Room within the repair garage, as indicated on the mechanical bid documents. 2. The new RTU-3 (package DOAS with DX cooling, gas heating, and exhaust air energy recovery) will improve system operations, performance, and user comfort while increasing energy efficiencies.
