Replacing 6" with 8" plastic waterline (push or directional drilled). 2. This project is a tax exempt project. 3. Allen County Fairgrounds can share the map of existing gas lines - which is accurate. 4. Existing storm and sewer lines are marked with green flags. 5. Events are segregated leading up to May 31st . 6. Fairground hours are Monday thru Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm. The awarded GC can have availability to the fairgrounds 24/7, if needed, to meet the deadline. 7. The GC can pull water off existing hydrants for drills. 8. All asphalt put back needs to match existing (assume 8" of stone and 4" asphalt). 9. Tapping T's - high volume - yes allowed.
