Site work for a water / sewer project in West Chester, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
furnishing the labor, materials and equipment for the replacement of pipes at various locations in West Chester Township for the 2025 Storm Water Pipe Replacement Program. Base bid will include all storm water pipes removal and replacement and any associated work needed to remove and replace the pipe. Base bid will also include the price to remove and replace the curbs as indicated, maintaining traffic, yard repairs, and removal and repair of the road. In accordance with ORC 153.54, each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check equal to 10% of the bid. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to waive any irregularities or any informality and to award contracts to the bidder or bidders they deem most capable of meeting the completion dates, time being of the essence. This project will comply with all of the guidelines for prevailing wage. This project is tax exempt.
