A single Bid on forms provided by the Township will be received for the following: 5-year Contract for the collection and disposal of garbage, refuse, rubbish and ashes produced by single-family dwellings and multi-family dwellings; and Purchase of Township owned 2008 International Garbage truck and 2017 International Garbage Truck, together with dumpsters, billing records, and all other garbage service equipment. Each Proposal must be on the forms furnished by the Township and be accompanied by a certified check, treasurer's check, or bid bond in an amount equal to ten (10%) percent of the estimated annual revenues; calculation must be shown. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, waive technicalities, and accept any bid deemed to be in the best interest of Croyle Township regardless of price.
