Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Topeka, Kansas. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The services include providing engineering design and construction documents for the following items of work: asphalt mill and overlay; full-depth pavement replacement; and replacement of deteriorated curb and gutter, inlet tops, sidewalks and sidewalk ramps, as warranted. Coordination with the City Utilities Department will be required to investigate condition of existing utility assets and determine if any utility improvements or replacements are warranted and will be added to the project.
