Description Transportation Alternatives (TA) project TE-0578-01, which is a construction project of separated bike facilities including lane reductions, lane narrowing, curb adjustments, and possible Pedestrian Hybrid Beacon installation on SW 5th Street (From Washburn to SE 4th Street), SW 4th Street/Willow Avenue (From Washburn to Kansas Avenue), and SE Adams Street (From SE 10th Avenue to SE 1st Street). City of Topeka is seeking qualified consulting firms familiar with Topeka, KS/Shawnee County for pre-construction engineering and project management in the category equivalent to the Kansas Department of Transportations (KDOT) Work Category 411. Interested consulting firms must be pre-qualified by KDOT or otherwise demonstrate qualification in category 411. Q And A Open2/26/2025 3:41:00 AM Q And A Close3/5/2025 4:30:00 AM.
