**As of April 11th, 2025, the project was awarded to Creative Trail Designs, LLC, with an awarded amount of $2,026,348.97.** Project Description In general, work includes construction of a 1.8-mile extension of the Ridgeline Trail from Mount Baldy to the east side of Suzanne Arlie Park, and up to12 miles of shared use and mountain biking optimized trails for various skill levels. For this Invitation to Bid, City of Eugene will award $1-$1.5 million in contractual services and the project completion date is May 30, 2026 Bids will not be accepted after the bid closing time and date.
