Grounds Landscaping Maintenance Contract for Willingboro Township Municipal Complex / Parking Lot, Library and Firehouse Bids shall be delivered in sealed envelopes and addressed to the Township of Willingboro, Purchasing Dept., 1 Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Willingboro, NJ 08046.Express and overnight mail shall be delivered to the Purchasing Dept, 1 Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Willingboro, NJ 08046, no later than the time of bid opening. It is the bidder's responsibility to ensure that the bid package is delivered by the bid opening date and time. Any bid document received after the deadline established by the Purchasing Dept. will not be accepted, regardless of the method of delivery. Please have each item on the color checklist tabbed and numbered in your bid packet for a more time efficient packet review.
