The City of St. Helens, Oregon is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced consulting firms to complete a comprehensive capacity study for the Belton Road Sewer Step System in St. Helens. Work for this project includes preparing a System Capacity Report which summarizes the modelling methods and available capacity. Work also includes a site survey to obtain the locations of all connected pumps and laterals to the existing system. The consultant must demonstrate experience in preparing Sanitary Sewer Capacity Studies. Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope plainly identifying City of St. Helens Engineering Department, Belton Step System Capacity Study, RFP No. S-685, and shall include the Consultant Name and Address. Proposals shall be addressed to Mouhamad Zaher, Public Works Director, City of St. Helens, 265 Strand Street, St. Helens, OR 97051. It is the responsibility of the proposer to ensure that any proposals submitted have sufficient time to be received by the City of St. Helens Engineering Division prior to the proposal due date and time. Responses to this RFP will be reviewed, scored, and ranked according to the criteria and process defined in this RFP. The Consultant selected for contract negotiations will be the firm selected as the most qualified through the RFP's evaluation process.
