Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Bluffdale, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot.
** As of march 6 ,2025 , this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on March 12,2025.** Construction and/or installation of asphalt parking lot, curb, gutter, drive approaches, ADA ramps, signage and striping, asphalt perimeter trail, concrete plaza including surrounding the bleacher system, parking lot lighting, perimeter wrought iron and chain-link fencing. This is a coordinated project with the Bluffdale City Public Works Department. Project must be completed by June 20, 2025. Address: 2222 West 14400 South BLUFFDALE, UT 84065. As part of the bid, submit a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid electronically through online. All BIDDERS are required to have payment and performance bonds underwritten by a Surety Company approved by the U.S. Department of the Treasury. (Circular 570, latest edition). Bluffdale City Corporation reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, or any part of any proposal, including the right to waive any informalities in any part of any proposal within the best interest of Bluffdale City.
