In general, work consists of the following: The City of Woodbury is requesting bids for a full turnkey rooftop solar PV system at its Fleet Services Building, designed to seamlessly integrate with the current generator, supports future upgrades, and enables easy connection to a future Battery Energy Storage System (BESS). This phase includes the design, procurement, installation, and commissioning of the system to ensure seamless integration with current infrastructure and future upgrades. A preliminary site plan and single-line diagram serve as a reference, though bidders may propose alternative designs that meet project requirements. The initial design specifies a 192 kW DC system, with potential adjustments after contract award based on past energy usage. Additional Description: The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract.
