Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Teton, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Bids will be received for a single contract on a unit price basis. The project consists of constructing approximately 1,560 yd.2 of 4" and 75 yd.2 of 6" concrete sidewalk along Main Street (Idaho Highway 33) including excavation and gravel preparation work, sidewalk and ADA access construction, curb stop cover adjustments, and other related work. A pre-bid conference will not be held. Each bid or proposal must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond payable to the City of Teton in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid. Successful Bidder shall furnish an approved Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. Insurance as required shall be provided by the successful Bidder as evidenced by a certificate of insurance. This project is funded in part by federal funds distributed through the Idaho Local Highway Technical Assistance Council (LHTAC), who is not a party to this Invitation to Bid or any resulting contract. Idaho requirements for public works contracting will apply. Federal requirements for project documentation, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Davis-Bacon Act including payment of prevailing Davis-Bacon wage rates, are required on this project as described in the Contract Documents. Award of the contract will be contingent upon compliance with Idaho public works contracting requirements, bid requirements, and available project funding. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled time for the public opening of bids as set forth above. The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals received, to waive informalities, to postpone the award of the contract for a period not to exceed forty-five (45) days, and to accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid which is in the best interest of the Owner.
