Reference Number 0000376886 Job Location: City of Loveland Bid Intent Not Available The City of Loveland (City) is requesting proposals from qualified Contractors for Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services related to the construction of the Municipal Building and Development Center Generator Replacement Project. The project includes the replacement of generators and associated electrical equipment (USP, battery backup, etc.) at both the Municipal Building located at 500 East 5th Street and the Development Center located at 410 East 5th Street, both in Loveland, Colorado.The project located at the municipal building will also include the construction of new enclosures, civil modifications to repair existing drainage concerns and as well as establishing drainage around new enclosures, and new landscaping that of these areas.
