General Requirements - Insurance Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Maintenance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % A certified check, or the included Bid Bond, executed by the bidder and a surety company, payable to the City of Mount Clemens, in an amount at least equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the receipt of bids. *The City of Mount Clemens reserves the right to reject any or all bids and/or to waive any irregularities in bidding. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance, payment, maintenance and guarantee bonds and insurance certificates Completion- The Work will be substantially completed on or before September 30, 2025 ; Final completion- October 31,2025.
