Scope of Services. This project encompasses the complete resurfacing and restoration of the tennis, pickleball and basketball courts within the Indian Wells community. All quotes should reflect the total labor and materials required, based on a comprehensive site visit to assess the condition of both courts. Below is the detailed scope of each court: a) Tennis Court Resurfacing Scope and Surface Preparation and repairs: Thorough cleaning of the entire tennis court surface to remove debris, dirt, and any loose material. Repair all visible cracks, damaged areas, and uneven surfaces using high-quality, durable crack fillers and surface patching materials to ensure a smooth, level surface. Inspection and replacement of any deteriorated subsurface areas, if applicable. b) Resurfacing and Painting: Application of a professional-grade primer to prepare the surface for resurfacing products. Installation of a multi-layer acrylic resurfacing system to restore the court's durability and appearance. Painting of the tennis court surface with high-quality, UV-resistant court paint in standard tennis court colors, ensuring longevity and vibrant finish. Addition of clearly marked tennis court lines using industry-standard white line paint for optimal visibility. c) Pickleball Integration: Installation of pickleball court lines in a contrasting color to distinguish them from the tennis court lines, ensuring compliance with pickleball regulations. p) Repairs: Repairs shall be made at the Indian Wells Community, 3233 Polynesian Isle Blvd, Kissimmee, FL 34746 located at between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M. The successful Bidder shall be responsible for coordinating the repair of all goods/services in a timely manner. This delivery schedule shall be further updated as well as twenty-four (24) hours prior to actual delivery to ensure the facility is accessible and ready to receive delivery.
