It is the intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) to engage one or more highly qualified construction management firms to provide construction manager at risk (CMAR) services on a continuing services basis, for individual construction projects not to exceed $7,500,000 in construction cost value on a task authorization basis. In order to promote competition and, to provide the Osceola County Board of County Commissioners (COUNTY) with service providers of varying degrees of capability, the COUNTY seeks to establish three pools of contractors, each limited by a construction cost value ceiling. Questions regarding this solicitation must be received in writing to the address above no later than Friday, February 14, 2025_at 12:00 PM Local Time.
