Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Kissimmee, Florida. Design plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
This project is to continue expanding the Shingle Creek Trail network. Phases involved include the Phase 2B North/ Osceola Parkway Bridge, Phase 2C North/County Line Connector, and the Phase 2B South/Yates Connector. Local match funds are required in conjunction with MetroPlan and the Florida Department of Transportation. As of March 11, 2025, an engineer has been selected and it has been postponed for future years. A firm timeline for construction has not been determined. This project is included in the City of Kissimmee Fiscal Year 2025-2029 CIP. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
