The intent of this solicitation is to select one or more qualified firm(s) to provide all labor, materials, tools and equipment for mulching/grinding of residential vegetative waste and transporting ground material to a Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) approved disposal site. Grinding operations will take place and ground materials transported from the COUNTY's Bass Road Disposal Facility located at 750 South Bass Road, Kissimmee, Florida 34746.
