Renovation of a medical facility in Vancouver, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
This ITT is being issued by PHC for Civil works to support the upgrade of existing electric system at Mount St. Joseph (MSJ) Hospital in order to: prepare for upgrade to 25KV power supply from BC Hydro, which will: provide future electric capacity for MSJ Hospital Operations enable replacement of failing natural gas fuelled boilers with new electric boilers prepare for future connection to a new Generator Plant Scope has been outlined in 3.1 Civil Schematic, 3.2 Electrical Upgrade Schematics, 3.3 Structural Schematics, and includes: Trenching and supports for electrical duct banks Supply and installation of sumps Supply and installation of manholes and covers Retaining walls Housekeeping pads for new transformers Installation of BC Hydro supplied vault Connections to the City storm water and/or sewer systems as required Others as outlined in 3.1 Civil Schematic, 3.2 Electrical Upgrade Schematics and 3.3 Structural Schematics Documents can be obtained from www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca
