Warehouse Space Heater Purchase/lnstallation The Port of Ephrata is taking bids from contractors to install sixteen (16) space heaters in a total of two warehouse buildings. The contractor will purchase and have equipment delivered to site. EQUIPMENT: KFUH 480V, 30KW, 3-PH, 3/4HP ECM MTR, TWO STAGE with 2 Stage factory installed thermostat or equivalent KFUH DIFFUSER KFUH ACCY LOUVERED AIR DIFFUSER or equivalent LABOR: Installation of mounts and equipment Includes removal of rubbish and recyclables generated by the contractor to a central location on site for removal by others. Includes conduit and cable infrastructure Work to be performed by not later than April 1 , 2025, or as soon as equipment can be delivered, whichever is sooner.
