The Homer M. Hadley Bridge's electrical system's no longer functioning as designed. A new pontoon-monitoring and control system will be installed. The new monitoring system will provide a fully functioning electrical system. The Lacey V. Murrow Bridge's electrical system's no longer functioning as designed. A new pontoon-monitoring and control system will be installed. The new control system will provide a fully functioning pontoon monitoring system. This is a multi-year project, and the programming reflects the planned expenditure schedule within the span of the current regional TIP.
