The building is approximately 3,950 square feet, single story, and will hold 25-30 occupants. Much of the internal demolition has been completed, but structural elements must be clearly understood. Work includes minor structural repairs, new (smaller) windows with infills below them, partitions, flooring, new membrane roof, paving, plumbing, HVAC, restrooms, a breakroom, and all standard finish materials for an office setting. This is a general statement, and the specifications provided with the plans should be read thoroughly. Controls for the HVAC are being worked out and under a separate contract. However, the selected control contractor must interface with the General Contractor and HVAC subcontractors. The General Contractor will be responsible for scheduling all the subcontractors, including the controls.
