Site work and paving for a road / highway in Ephrata, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The project includes crack sealing approximately 200,000 LF with rubberized asphalt or mastic material as needed on the designated streets within the City of Ephrata. All bids shall be accompanied by a deposit in the form of a postal money order, cashier's check, or bond in an amount equal to 5 percent of the maximum total amount of the bid. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into a contract or furnish a satisfactory contract bond within the time stated in the specifications, the deposit shall be forfeited to the City. All bidders shall call 509-754-4601 ext. 139 prior to bid opening to sign up as a bidder on the project, whether they request a hard copy or obtain a digital copy of the specifications. Work on the Base Bid Contract shall be completed within 40 WORKING DAYS.
