Renovation of a mixed-use development in Geneva, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project consists of domestic hot water boiler replacements, and associated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work. The date of commencement of the Work shall be within five (5) calendar days of the date of the Notice to Proceed.
