Renovation of an educational facility in Geneva, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Scope of Work: 1. Remove existing roof membrane system down to wood plank decking and install new asphalt and a modified bitumen roofing system. 2. Remove existing dormer and replace with new framing and decking. 3. Relocate existing attic ductwork where dormer is removed, and replace dormer window exhaust and intake louvers with rooftop mounted insulated curb units. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security (bid bond or certified check) in the amount of 10% of total bid Work shall be completed within one hundred twenty (120) calendar days after Owner's written Notice to Proceed. Question Deadline 05/28/2025 Fees are waived for certified Minority and Women Owned and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses. Certification status will be verified in the New York State Contract System. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 7.93% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 5.33% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6.00% Estimated Construction Budget: $870,000-$880,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
