A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** A comprehensive upgrade of the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Autothermal Aerobic Thermophilic Digestion (ATAD) process, including changes to buildings, processes, and equipment. Separate sealed Bids should be labeled as follows for Project #1: Contract #1: General Construction - ATAD Contract #2: Electrical Construction - ATAD Contract #3: HVAC Construction - ATAD Contract #4: Plumbing Construction - ATAD Project #2 includes the following Work: Improvements to an existing bolted steel tank including replacement of the existing domed roof with a new one, modification of several bolted steel side panels, replacement of the existing ladder and safety cage with new ones, and other work. A single sealed bid for all work associated with Project #2 should be labelled as follows: Contract #1: General Construction - Bolted Steel Tank Each project has an expected duration of 400 days. The City of Geneva, NY, reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to waive any informalities, or to make an award to other than the low bidder. It further reserves the right to limit the amount of the award.
