Comprehensive Upgrades to the Existing Industrial Waste Holding Tank #2 - Contract #1 General Construction This project consists of comprehensive upgrades to the existing Industrial Waste Holding Tank #2 at the City of Geneva Marsh Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP). The upgrades and modifications made to the existing tank will allow the tank to be used as a Storage Nitrification Denitrification Reactor (SNDR) for the forthcoming process expansion of the Treatment Plants solids handling Auto-Thermal Thermophilic Aerobic Digestion (ATAD) system. A single sealed bid for all work associated with this Project should be labeled Contract #1 - Tank Upgrade General Construction. The expected duration of the project is 400 days. The City of Geneva, Ontario County, NY, reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to waive any informalities, or to make an award to other than the low bidder. It further reserves the right to limit the amount of the award. Attention of the bidders is particularly directed to the requirements of the conditions of employment to be observed and minimum Wage Rates to be paid under the Contract.
