The partnership group seeks professional services to complete full analysis and design tasks associated with this effort. Funding for these services is capped at $96,000. The principal outputs of this project include: 1) conceptual schematic designs providing two alternative approaches to site development; and 2) draft and final engineering designs for development of the parcel.
