Clairton Community Center - HVAC Renovations All work under this Contract will be performed at 571 Miller Avenue within the City of Clairton, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. The work under this project includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment required for the performance of all rehabilitation as indicated in the Contract Documents. The work essentially includes, but not limited to, the following: (1) Demolition of existing furnaces (2) Demolition of existing false ceiling in main room (3) Proposed HVAC Rooftop Units (4) Proposed Ductwork and diffusers (5) Proposed Dehumidifier in basement NOTE: All excavation shall be unclassified. No extra compensation will be made for rock or other such excavation. The Contractor shall notify the City of Clairton and Glenn Engineering at least seven (7) calendar days before construction is to start. This project shall be completed not more than Ninety (90) consecutive calendar days following the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The liquidated damages shall be Three Hundred Fifty Dollars ($350.00) per consecutive calendar days as a measure of liquidated damages the Owner will sustain for failure of the Contractor to promptly complete the work.
