Renovation of a municipal facility in Clairton, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade municipal facility.
The City of Clairton invites sealed bids for the replacement of existing windows at the Clairton Municipal Building, 551 Ravensburg Avenue, Clairton, PA 15025. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked 'CITY HALL WINDOWS / DOORS.' A mandatory pre-bid meeting on site will take place at the project site. A bid security of ten percent (10%) of the total bid is required with the bid. Complete bidding documents, including the Project Manual with this bid form and one set of electronic drawings, are included as part of this bid package. A hazardous materials report is also included as additional information available to bidders. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any formalities in the best interest of the City. Bidders must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color, religion, sexual orientation, or nation of origin. The successful responsible Bidder will be awarded the Contract by approval of the City Council at a public Legislative meeting. It is intended that long-lead time procurement of window materials will take place immediately after award, and installation of the Work will be performed in Spring of 2026.
