Project name Therapy Center Replacing Boiler & Chiller with HVAC Address/location 193461 East County Road 304, Fort Supply, OK 73841 Brief project description: The Scope of Work includes the upgrade of the existing HVAC system throughout the existing Northwest Center for Behavioral Health facility located in Fort Supply, Oklahoma. This consists of the demolition of the existing air handling equipment (hydronic heating and cooling, single zone units), supporting boiler and air-cooled chiller, pumps, piping, pneumatic controls, and electrical infrastructure for replacement with new direct expansion (DX) equipment with gas heat split system HVAC units equipped with stand-alone electronic controls. The facility consists of a single-story building with perimeter mechanical rooms with exterior access. An 80-ton air cooled chiller supplies cooling to perimeter single-zone air handling units (AHUs), whereas a single gas-fired boiler provided heating water to each AHU.
