Bids are requested for Item 422 Single Chip & Seal with stipulated Traffic Control on 6.71 miles of roads in Liverpool Township, Medina County, Ohio. The improvement project shall have a substantial completion date of September 1, 2025 and a final completion date of September 22, 2025. Each bidder shall be required to file a bid guaranty with the bid in the form of either: (1) a Bid/ Performance Bond in the amount of one-hundred percent (100%) of the amount bid; or (2) a Certified Check, Cashiers Check or Letter of Credit shall equal to 10% of the amount bid, The Board of Liverpool Township Trustees reserve the right to reject any and all bids.
