As of October 25, 2024, a design/build firm has been awarded and this project is in the pre-construction negotiated status. Design is in progress. Sub-bid opportunities have not been determined. It is estimated construction will start in spring 2025. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Request for Statement of Qualifications Liverpool Wastewater Treatment Plant Cambi System Building Enclosure The Medina County Sanitary Engineers (MCSE) are seeking qualified design-build teams to submit a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to construct a building enclosure over the existing Cambi System at the Liverpool Wastewater Treatment Plant located at 89 Columbia Road, Valley City, OH 44280. MCSE will utilize a progressive design-build (design-build) approach for the procurement and delivery of the project. This approach eliminates the requirements for design and fixed pricing during the process to select the Design-Builder.
