This quote shall be exclusive of Federal and/or State taxes, from which Western Wyoming Community College District is exempt; the Exemption Certificate of Registry number will be furnished when requested. Vendors are reminded that the administration shall apply the in-state bid differential as provided by Wyoming Statutes. Vendors are subject to all provisions of Wyoming law. The College reserves the right to purchase Resurfacing Services from the supplier that will be most satisfactory to the College. The specifications for this Request for Information are as follows: 1.
