Board of Trustees for Sweetwater County School District No. 1, 3550 Foothill Blvd., Rock Springs, Wyoming is accepting sealed bids for post replacement and to resurface the tennis courts at Rock Springs High School in Rock Springs, Wyoming. Question Deadline 04/21/2025 at 12:00 PM MT Any questions concerning the project must be submitted to the Facilities' office. A certified check, cashier's check or bid bond made payable to Sweetwater County School District No. 1 in an amount equal to 5 percent of the bid shall accompany each bid as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, the bidder shall execute a signed contract and furnish the Performance Bond within 10 days of the bid's acceptance. If the total bid is over $150,000.00, the successful bidder shall be required to furnish to Sweetwater School District No. 1, within 10 (10) days of the bid's acceptance, Performance and Payment Bonds, each in an amount not less than 100% of the contract sum. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after the date of the bid opening. The District shall reserve the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities and informalities in any bid, as defined in W.S-3001 (b)(v). Contracts shall be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder, after consideration is given to the conformity with specifications, the quality of the materials to be supplied, the suitability to the requirements of the project, the delivery terms and the past performance of the vendor.
