Central Admin Trombe Wall Upgrades Site Address: 3550 Foothill Boulevard Est. Completion Date: Aug. 1, 2025 1. Work consists of the removal of existing fiberglass translucent panels integral in an existing exterior trombe wall. Work includes installation of new fiberglass translucent panels in their place, with new LED lighting in the cavity, and any necessary touch-up repairs resulting of work performed. Question Deadline 03/03/2025 Submit all questions about the Contract Documents to the Architects, in writing. ges in the Work within the general scope of the Contract, consisting of additions, deletions, or other revisions, and the Contract Sum and Contract Time shall be adjusted accordingly, in writing. For work performed by the contractor with his own forces, there shall be added a percentage fee for the contract equal to five (5) percent overhead and five (5) percent profit maximum. For work performed by a subcontractor, there shall be added a percentage fee for the subcontractor equal to five (5) percent overhead and five (5) percent profit, maximum. The General Contractors combined added percentage fee for additional work performed by a subcontractor to include the subcontractors percentage fee shall not exceed fifteen (15) percent in the aggregate.
