The City of Pueblo (the City") invites qualified individuals, organizations, or entities ("Proposers") to submit proposals for new uses for the existing bath house facility located in City Park. Proposals will include ideas for new facility uses and functions that would benefit broad cross sections of the Pueblo community by addressing required facility renovations, building functions, operations, maintenance, repair, and day-to-day management aspects. The selected offeror will be afforded the opportunity to enter into a lease with the City for use of the building, oversee necessary renovations, and manage the proposed operations in a manner that aligns with the vision of creating a community-oriented space. No Proposal shall be accepted from, or contract awarded to, any person, company or corporation that is in arrears to the City, upon debt or contract or that is a defaulter, as surety or otherwise, upon any obligation to the City, or that may be deemed irresponsible or unreliable by the City. Proposers may be required to submit satisfactory evidence that they have the necessary financial resources and experience to perform and complete the work outlined in this RFP. The City reserves the right to request any additional information as needed to make a sound evaluation decision. The City reserves the right to make an award on receipt of initial Proposals, based upon ranking of Proposals, based upon interviews, based upon negotiations, or as determined to best fit the needs of the City. The City reserves the right to select or to not select any proposal for award at its sole discretion.
