Chambers County, Texas plans to apply for the upcoming Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) funding from the Texas Division of Emergency Management (TDEM). These services are being solicited to assist the County in its application and administration of a HMGP contract, if awarded, to support disaster mitigation and activities in the County. Accordingly, the County is seeking to contract with a qualified Professional Administrator or Service Provider (individual/firm) to prepare the application and administer the awarded contract.
