Renovation of an educational facility in Davenport, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Base Bid, Single-Prime (All Trades) Contract: The undersigned Bidder, having carefully examined the Procurement and Contracting Requirements, Conditions of the Contract, Drawings, Specifications, and all subsequent Addenda, having visited the site, and being familiar with all conditions and requirements of the work, hereby agrees to furnish all material, labor, equipment and services, including all scheduled allowances, necessary to complete the construction of the above-named project, according to the requirements of the Procurement and Contracting Documents. The work consist of removal of the SPM roofing system and replacement with new roofing system on 4 roof sections. Remove SPM membrane, cover boards, insulation and vapor barrier down to the existing wood or gypsum deck. Remove all assoicated metal flashings and counterflashings. Replace existing roof drains. Install new KEE membrane or Alternate 1 EPDM membrane, coverboard, insulation, vapor barrier and metal flashings and counterflashings. Question Deadline 03/07/2025
