For a TPO roofing system retrofit of the metal roof the Gruetli Laager Community Center located at 27804 TN108, Gruetli-Laager, TN. Scope of Work: Install TPO over metal roof retrofit on the roof of the Gruetli-Laager Community Center located at 27804 TN-108 including: o Inspect and assess existing roof system << Thoroughly clean existing roof o Repair or replace any deteriorated roof components o Seal leaks and penetrations o Install 1.5" ISO foam to fill all flutes << Install 2.CT ISO foam over 1.5" ISO o Fasten (TPO) 60 mil single-ply membrane, over 2" ISO o ThermaI-fuse (hot-air weld) overlapping seams << Seal free edges using 360-S(R) urethane sealant o Install trim along all perimeters o Roof system shall have 85% reflectivity o Roof system shall have a UL-790 Class Afire rating << Supply Roof a non-pro-rated 20 Year warranty against defects and leaks for a period of 20 years. Warranty shall cover materials and Workmanship o Clean up and remove Debris
