RWD 1 (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Water System Improvements: Contract 1 Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Bartlett & West office located at 1200 SW Executive Dr., Topeka, KS 66615, Attn. Jarrod Saathoff until Wednesday, March 19, 2025, at 2:30 p.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project includes the following Work: Contract 1: Remove two existing standpipes and install one standpipe on the existing foundation. Bids are requested for the following Contract: Contract No.1 -- Standpipe installation and removal of two standpipes -- Owner's Budget - $350,000 Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $350,000.
