Stone Pavilion Stone Floor Restoration Project - Includes the Labor, Materials, and Equipment Necessary to Remove and Reinstall Approximately 3,800 Sf of Existing Stone Flooring and Walkways of the Stone Pavilion. Work Must Be Completed by Friday May 30, 2025. Proposals Must Be on the Forms Furnished by the City Engineer. Contact Harshman Ce Group, Llc at 724-503-4125 With Any Questions. The Bid Envelopes Must Be Clearly Marked Stone Pavilion Stone Floor Restoration Project. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price, made payable to the City of Washington. The City of Washington reserves the right to reject any or all bid proposals or any portion thereof. Attention of Bidders is called to the requirements concerning the payment of not less than the prevailing wage and salary rate provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act 442 for the projects. Awarded bidder shall provide 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond and 15% Maintenance Bond for the projects. Liquidated damages will apply at the rate of $500.00 per calendar day. ids may be held by the City of Washington for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of Bidders, prior to awarding the contract.
