Site work and paving for a road / highway in Lancaster, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
This project involves the pavement planing, asphalt resurfacing and ADA ramp upgrades on approximately 3 miles of City Streets. The engineer's estimated cost of construction is $2,300,000. The Contractor shall achieve Substantial Completion of its Work on the Project, as defined in the General Conditions, within a 17 consecutive week time period not to extend past September 30, 2025. All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Only Bidders pre-qualified with the Ohio Department of Transportation for the Work involved on this project are eligible to bid this Project. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the City of Lancaster, Ohio reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility.
