Landscaping and snow removal services at DBVI - Azalea Campus The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit sealed bids to establish a term contract, with one contractor, to provide landscaping and snow removal services for the Department for the Blind and Vision Impaired (DBVI) Azalea Campus on an as needed basis at the following locations: Azalea Campus locations 387 Azalea Avenue, Richmond, VA 23227 389 Azalea Avenue, Richmond, VA 23227 391 Azalea Avenue, Richmond, VA 23227 393 Azalea Avenue, Richmond, VA 23227 395 Azalea Avenue, Richmond, VA 23227 397 Azalea Avenue, Richmond, VA 23227 399 Azalea Avenue, Richmond, VA 23227 401 Azalea Avenue, Richmond, VA 23227 DBVI reserves the right to add additional locations. The contract period will be from April 1, 2025 through March 31, 2026 and may be renewable in accordance with section V, paragraph E of the Special Terms and Conditions. The purpose of this conference is to allow potential bidders an opportunity to present questions and obtain clarification relative to any facet of this solicitation. Due to the importance of all bidders having a clear understanding of the specifications/scope of work and requirements of this solicitation, attendance at this conference will be a prerequisite for submitting a bid. Bids will only be accepted from those bidders who are represented at this prebid conference.
