A tender guarantee of ten percent (10%) of the bid price, before applicable taxes as prescribed in the tender documents. 2. A letter of engagement representing the value of fifty per cent (50%) of the bid price, as well as a surety of the contractor's obligations for wages, materials and services of fifty per cent (50%), in both cases, the amount is before applicable taxes and as prescribed in the tender documents. To be considered, the company must comply with the restrictions and conditions set out in the tender documents including but not limited to: - The Company shall not be registered in the Public Contract Ineligibility Register (NCR) or, if registered, have completed their period of ineligibility for public contracts. ; - The Company must provide its tax certificate issued by Revenu Québec.
