Demolition, site work, paving and renovation of an educational facility in Richmond, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and for paving for a educational facility.

Overaa was recently awarded this $185M campus renovation / upgrade project. We are looking for budgets for the two phases; 1.2 & 1.3, please break pricing out for each phase. Scope: Phase 1.2/Increment (1)- Site Preparation (DSA Approval Set) Select Demolition (exc demo package from phase 1.1 which is by others). Relocation and installation of underground utilities including electrical, low-voltage, domestic water, fire water, irrigation water, sanitary sewer, and storm drain. Earthwork and grading. Phase 1.3/Increment (2)- Construction of Building A (classrooms) & Building B (Student Center)- 100%Design Development Set Construction of Building (A)Administration & Classroom Building. Construction of Building (B) Student Center (includes Multi-use Space with Theater Seating, Kitchen, Stage, Classroom, and Support Spaces. Select Site Work including Landscaping, Parking lots, and main student Quad. Schedule: 1.2: Start: June 2025, Complete: December 2025. 1.3: Start: June 2026, Complete: October 2027. PROJECT LABOR AGREEMENT: The school District has entered into a Project Labor Agreement that will bind all contractors and subcontractors performing work on the Project, and the DBE must agree to be bound by that Project Labor Agreement. Contractors whose scope of work are subject to SB 854 (Public Work Reform) shall register and renew annually with the California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). DIR shall administer and enforce minimum requirements for contractors bidding and working on public works projects for compliance with prevailing wages, maintaining workers’ compensation coverages, holding applicable licenses, verifying no delinquent unpaid or penalty assessments to any employee or enforcement agency, and confirming no federal or state debarments The Project Labor Agreement (PLA) and the Local Capacity Building Program (LCBP) are available on the District website: https://www.wccusd.net/Page/16220 Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation is encouraged.
