Summary Project Description: Description: Replacement of existing track and grass field with sixlane track and turf field. The project will also include a new concession building, bleachers, amenity spaces, and the required utilities and paving to serve the facility. Concession building & bleacher pressbox system will be issued via addendum. Question Deadline 02/24/2025 RSVP TO MITCH BROEKEMEIER AT CM BY 2-24-2025. Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following Work: 1. BP#01 - General Construction 2. BP#02 - Concrete 3. BP#03 - Masonry 4. BP#04 - Athletic Equipment 5. BP#05 - Bleachers & Press box 6. BP#06 - Plumbing & HVAC 7. BP#07 - Electrical 8. BP#08 - Earthwork & Utilities 9. BP#09 - Track Surface 10. BP#10 - Synthetic Turf 11. BP#11 - Landscaping 12. BP#12 - Fencing 13. All contractors submitting bids for the Work are representing that they have carefully examined the site and are familiar with all conditions that may affect the Work under the Contract. Bid Bond will be required and is to be submitted with the sealed bid proposal. Addendum #1-#2 have been issued as of 3-17-2025.
