Renovation of a mixed-use development in Wetumpka, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
**As of May 19, 2025, the project was awarded to KAM-Meraki but unable to locate in CRM and Google.** Network Switches, Access Points, Network Cabling & Installation with Support Services . All questions must be through email and directed to barbara.burchard@elmoreco.com, jason.mann@elmoreco.com, and cory.shaw@elmoreco.com with subject line including the RFP# 25-001. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing for receipt of bids for a period ofsixty (60) days. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technical errors if, in the Owners judgment, the best interests of the Owner will thereby be promoted. BID BOND AND PERFORMANCE SECURITY: This bid exceeds $10,000, so a certified check or bid bond will need to be made payable to the Elmore County Board of Education, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid but in no event more than $10,000, must accompany the proposal. Bonds must be in a format satisfactory to the School District and underwritten by a company licensed to issue bonds in the State of Alabama. The said bond will remain in effect until the contract is completed. All checks will be returned to the vendor within five (5) days after the board has approved of the contract. bid notes : All bidders shall show such evidence by clearly displaying current license numbers on the outside of the sealed envelope in which the proposal is delivered
